About PMI

Project Management, Inc., has been professionally managing apartments, planned unit developments, and small commercial centers since June 1972. PMI’s experience encompasses management of all phases of multi-family units, including CHFA, FmHA, HUD, conventional projects, and County Section 8 units. The firm has enjoyed a close working relationship with the local HUD office and equally secure association with city, county and state housing authorities. PMI maintains a proven track record devoid of any infractions of HUD rules or regulatory agreements.


Dustin T. Neutzling, CPM ®


Dustin has been with the firm since 1995 and holds a California DRE Broker’s License. He upholds the firm’s high standards of professionalism, expertise, and ethics. Dustin is an active Certified Property Manager (CPM) for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has served on the board since 2003. Was elected President of local chapter for 2012 and 2014 and CPM of the year in 2013. He also served on the Government Affairs Committee for the Rental Housing Association.

Velina Green

Treasurer, Controller, & Office Manager

Velina has been with the firm since April 1974. Handles payroll, employee benefits, workers compensation and oversees all aspects of accounting. Several independent CPA’s have testified to the accuracy and thoroughness of the accounting records maintained by Mrs. Green for all projects undergoing annually required HUD audits. She has held a California BRE Salesperson License since 2001.
